In the beginning, our spray coating specialists remove all doors and hinges with care; transporting them to our premises where we can start the door spray stage.
This involves any cleaning and repairing (such as holes) necessary before sanding down the cabinet doors giving them a fresh look.
Adhesion and a stain blocking primer, followed by another coat of primer is applied to prepare the doors for two coats of your chosen colour; and there’s plenty to choose from.
An on site-prep and on-site spray is then carried out which entails carefully covering and masking the surrounding areas of your kitchen to avoid them being sprayed.
Like the cabinet doors, we apply two coats of a colour of your choosing. Finally, everything is left to dry and with the correct amount of coats.
The masking is then removed, the doors are refitted and our spray coating specialists check the quality to ensure your kitchen meets our high standards of kitchen respray service.
