Filling – If there is any damage to your current UPVC, we will fill it and sand it. This will make it look brand new and protect it from weather damage.
Cleaning – We will then professionally clean all the UPVC removing any dirt or grit. If we uncover further damage we will again fill it, sand it and make sure its weatherproof.
Masking – After the filling and cleaning process, we mask off the surrounds of your UPVC such as brickwork and glazing. We do this to prevent overspray and make sure we can achieve finishes to the edges of your UPVC.
Priming and Spraying – Our specialist paint has a unique blend which allows us to spray without applying primer. The paint we use is solvent-based and acts as a primer itself, bonding perfectly with the UPVC.
Silicone – To achieve the perfect finish we reapply silicone in the same colour as your sprayed UPVC. This will give the appearance of brand new fitted windows and doors and make sure sealant is not damaged during the process.
Removal – Depending on the size of the furniture we will dismantle and carefully transport it to our premises.
Furniture Spray – After cleaning and repairing any holes or damage, we lightly sand the furniture. We then apply adhesion and stain blocking primer followed by another coat of high build colour matched primer. Finally, we apply two coats of your chosen colour.
Rebuild – Once everything has dried and received the appropriate number of coats. We transport the furniture back to your premises and rebuild.
Quality Control – Finally we check the furniture to make sure everything is up to our high standards.

The doors and windows to your property do not in fact have to be removed.
We open, mask and make sure the surrounding areas are sealed to prevent overspray and leave the appearance looking brand new. Sometimes, and in very rare scenarios, the doors do have to be removed, however in most cases this isn’t necessary.
